Nick Morris has been driving 4-wheel drive vehicles for over ten years and has used AMSOIL in all of his vehicles.

• Since 1982, Mike Byrne and his wife, Lucy, have had three 4-wheel drive vehicles.

In 1982, Mike bought a new 4WD, 4-speed, 4-cylinder Subaru. It was mid-winter before Mike changed all the non-synthetic lubricants in his Subaru to AMSOIL. According to Mike, "the Subaru was very difficult to shift in cold weather while it still had the non-synthetic gear lube in the transmission. With the AMSOIL 75W-90 Gear Lube, it was much easier to shift when it was cold. Also I gained 3 mpg after installing the AMSOIL lubricants - and that was in the cold of mid-winter.

"Then in September 1986, I bought a 1985 AMC Eagle 4WD. In December, at 3,100 miles, I changed all the non-synthetic lubricants in the Eagle to AMSOIL Synthetic Lubricants. The Eagle performed much smoother with the AMSOIL. For the first 3,100 miles the Eagle averaged 15.7 mpg. After installing the AMSOIL lubricants, the Eagle averaged 17.8 mpg."

"My wife also has an AMC Eagle, a 1987 model. Both the Eagles have automatic transmissions and had a surging problem. They would jump forward while idling at a stop. The Dealer's repair shop couldn’t cure the surging problem, even though both vehicles had been checked several times. I installed AMSOIL Automatic Transmission Fluid in both Eagles and neither of them have a surging problem now."

Mike and Lucy Byrne are firm believers in AMSOIL. "After using AMSOIL in all our vehicles for ten years, I know that it helps my vehicles to perform better. We use nothing but AMSOIL in every vehicle we own."

• I just thought I'd drop you a note to tell you how great AMSOIL has worked for me. I put the 1OW-40 in my '79 Honda Civic at 5,000 miles. The car was going 5,000 miles on a quart of oil at that time. I've changed the oil at 25,000 miles and the filter at 12,500 as recommended . . .

Now with 135,000 miles on the car, the little Honda goes . . . 5,000 miles on a quart of oil! It would appear that the engine has not worn significantly . . . I just put the oil in my new Toyota at 6,000 miles and the mileage jumped three miles per gallon - a 10% increase.

I can't understand why everyone doesn't use this fantastic product!
